You agree to provide complete and accurate information, including supporting documents and authority proof where required. QUE-CREW may pause work until required information is received.
Communication is handled mainly via WhatsApp and email. You are responsible for monitoring these channels and responding promptly to requests for additional details.
Any applicable service fees, municipal charges, licensing charges, or third-party costs will be communicated before the relevant action is taken, where reasonably possible.
Processing times vary by department workload and request complexity. QUE-CREW does not control government or third-party turnaround times but will follow up and keep you informed.
QUE-CREW provides support and coordination services and cannot guarantee specific outcomes from authorities or external institutions. Decisions by those institutions remain outside QUE-CREW control.
